About Sharing Laughter

Laughter Therapy is a unique idea developed by Dr Madan Kataria, a Medical Doctor from India. He was writing a paper for a medical journal titled "Laughter is the best medicine". Convinced of the medical benefits of laughter he was searching for a way to bring those benefits to modern man. 

In Sharing Laughter we use eye contact and child-like behavior to initiate genuine laughter. The deep breathing increases the flow of oxygen to the body and brain. The laughter helps lower blood pressure, reduces stress and gives a boost to the immune system, leaving you with an all over feeling of wellness.
